Man that's a tough one Bro, I would have too say Perses. Then Gorillafit. I haven't been a member that long so all the people I have added too my friends all have help me out one way or another so I would have to give them props too. Eroids is a great website cause I feel there are allot of great members that make it great.

Perses would have to be my pick, he is very helpful. He goes out of his way to help people and is very informative.
For me is this way. I get a lot of valuable info from their post and advice from the following:
1. Tread M - He laid off the info just like it is bold plain and simple.
2. Viking - He knows just about anything you wanna know about body building, plus he encourage you and motivate you to do right and achieve goals
3. Juicenator - Raw diamond on his way to become an expensive shinny diamond!

We all can be dicks sometimes bruh, but the goal is to help each other to achieve goals giving us a good advice, and why not, criticism each other about what we doing wrong and what we can improve to have the best results. I read a lot of the comments you make and i have to say that you know what you talking about and also you can help a lot of us with good advice, BTW enjoy your time "off" and hope to see you back in track competing at some point this year or next!

Viking,thread and phil have always answered any questions and helped with me in many areas ,and shrapnel whos helped alot with shoulder problems and my routine ...
I'm not trying to play the MOD card, but Noid and Hlwdboy are also very helpful with advice.

The one that has always and unselfishly given me his time and expertiese is Tread to whom Im very grateful. Viking also has never hesitated to offer his knowledge to me. Both have always done it with respect and without looking down at me.

Double G for making many brands of quality gear including his own labs concoctions and RIPTROPIN available in 1 location. Perses has been very helpful with a lot of posts in a short time. And lets not forget the Mods who continually try to keep all this under control. And everyone else who takes the time to offer help to someone who is looking to better themselves!!!
