How long does this shit last for?! Wtf

B-Strong's picture

umm....well, everyone is different, and everyone is experiencing different things at different points in there lives...No one can tell you that..I take lexapro daily and have no problems with depression and Im on cycle pretty much all the time (blast and cruise).

Ya I was at my natural limit.

This is what makes me apprehensive about starting my first cycle. I just dont know how bad the depression will hit me after. I have a family and a little baby boy who is the world to me. I dont wanna have something fuck anything up for me.

For me, the shit is horrible. I constantly feel nausea, don't feel like eating, can't sleep, sad all day, nothing makes me happy

i have had.bouts of these symptoms before though. just not recently. Im still going to do another cycle. part of me feels like this is because life isn't easy right now for me and i am also getting married in a few weeks. so part of me doesn't know how much go blame the roids

the deal is depression meds have sides like e.d. low sex drive. that can hurt workouts badly so. I just small amount of test-e or susta-250 this works for me

Well bro, if he takes more test that would defeat the whole purpose of POST-cycle therapy, and its called a CYCLE because u do them over periods of time and then take breaks in between. The only thing that works for post cycle depression is good sleep, healthy diet and exercise, and a lil love from the wife. Let her know what ur going through kinda and if she doesn't know you take roids or doesn't understand, then just tell her ur depressed anyways and hopefully if she's a good spouse she will comfort you. Watch ur favorite shows/movies listen to your favorite music and do fun things like go out to dinner or fishing or beach etc

I tried telling her but honestly she is the one taking most of the heat. the other day she mentioned Im so serious all the time n that she just wants to have the funny me back. I almost punched her, literally, because she said she wanted to see that magic mike movie n i felt like she dogged me by saying that i guess. The mood swings i have are horrible.

today i tell her she doesn't do shit for me or go out of her way to make me happy n then she reminded me she made me steak on Monday n also bought underwear wearing em around for me, "but apparently nothing is good enough for you" smh. whO could i say to that? Lol. sorry

Let me guess...you are in PCT? Mine lasted close to 3 weeks...it get's better bro...just hang in there. That is the the only thing I hated about my last cycle, the PCT emotional roller coaster.

Pelon's picture

Yea Im in pct. Im actually done with pct but have been depressed as fuck cor maybe 2 weeks.

how do you cope with it? I feel like Im going crazy n its really putting a damper on my relationship

Mine finally cleared about 2 weeks ago, which was 3 weeks after my final dose of Clomid/Nolva. You just gotta take it day by day bro....it will clear, hang in there. for me, my best therapy is the gym...that is my escape. Lift hard and take all of your frustrations, sadness, and anger out on the iron. to me it's the best therapy. Now I could go on and tell you that I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder about 10 years ago so I am prone to depression. You just have to try and realize that it's temporary and will eventually subside. I was on about 6 or 7 different meds at a time and in therapy. Then one day I said fuck it, I'm done with all of this shit and took life head on. Again, hang in there bro, it WILL get better, I promise. I am living proof that depression can be kicked in the ass...

Pelon's picture

I'm about 2 weeks after my last dose. hope it'll be gone soon. do you recommend hitting up the meds cor maybe a month or 2? Or just ride it out?

meangreene69's picture

No man...stay away from the meds...they will do more harm than good. And by the time they start working, you should be better. Just ride it out bro, again, it will get better.
