Ya know those days when you're just having a crappy day? When you got too many damn things on you mind and that gnawing feeling deep inside that "Oh shit, I need to get moving and bust some ass" feeling? Well, I just realized that sometimes all it takes is a few words to make it stop. And if you're feeling a lil' crazy and overwhelmed this is for you.
It's all good.
Everything is gonna be ok.

everyday stress is nothing is nothing—and should always be nothing. Stress is what you make it you can either push through or look at stress as an excuses too why you failed.
