startin some clen tommorow.

so ive been taking an eca for about a month with great results!. only 5 days a week tho. ive takin clen, before 3 seperate cycles . im only going to do the 2 weeks then hit the eca again for 2 weeks. an back to clen. so my routine is get to the gym late afternoon. walk 2 min then jog at 6.5 mph untill i reach the mile. then i lift my bodypart that day. usually about an hour an fifteen to an hour an half. then ill eather do some hiit on the treadmill or go on the elliptical doe 22min and a 3 min cool down. so total is about 30min of cardio 4-5 days a week. my diet is pretty good as of right now but i do have my slipups. ( i cant resist icecream! ) im going to weigh myself tommorow morning and im going to create a cycle log for the 2 week clen cycle so you guys can see my progress! i think im 187 right now. 12-13% bf. im really trying to get down to 8 or 9% i kno that wont happen in 2 weeks but. thats my goal for august 18th when i go on vacation. im gonna start with 40mcg tommorow and go up 20mcg everyday untill 100-120mcg. i have clen from mp but the shits dosage is always different. so im gona be taking pharma clen tht i bought while in mexico in 20mcg tabs. im hoping to drop about 5lbs of fat in these 2 weeks. and i think its very possible with my bf at 12-13 right now. im going to create the cycle log now so enjoy my little clen journey.

Why run?Your heart rate will get to hi.I keep mine around 65% to 75% max.I would like to see your log bro.Dont rush your weight its all about your diet then cardio.Give it time you will loose the weight.You should loose around 2 lbs per week.

I'm not rushing anything. I do plenty of cardio and eat right so ikno the weight will come off. But I don't really "run " its a 6.5 mph mile long jog. Then I workout whatever bodypart Im doing thy day. Then do 20-30min on the elliptical. And my log is posted. I took my first clen dose today.
