sore spot on neck bone
Ok it's not the bone at the base of my neck(backside) but the one below it, is swelled up. I thought it was squats so I used a pad, but it hurts worse. Two weeks ago i went heavy and normally dont use a pad for squats. I feel like I have better balance w/out pad. So I didnt do squats for a week. Hurting still, like the actual bone is bruised or something. I thought maybe dumbell press where I fall real hard on the bench might be the prob, I skipped those a week. Now I trained back and tri's today and it is killing me tonight on that bone and between shoulder blades... I had a thought that my shoulder blades are being pushed away from spine :), but it hurts like a bruise... I am 35 train 6days a week 5'10" 190lbs 8%bf running test prop 100 eod and 30mg wintrol/ed. Any ideas are appreciated... When I am in the sauna the muscles relax but bone still feels bruised, my back tenses back up 15min outta sauna.

See doctor for damage/bruising
I dont have insurance, I dont take pain pills stronger than ibuprofen. I was actually thinkin about a chiropractor? I have never been to one, but I thought alignment of the spine and shit is what they do?
