Have you ever worked out your legs so hard that your legs felt like they were going to give out from under you? Lol happened to me lol odd feeling . Just thought id share

TropicanaJuiceIve done some crazy workouts with some bodybuilders at my gym, one included a complete drop set but increase in reps on the leg press that I passed out in the bathroom for about 5 mins, then hobbled outside holding onto the wall for stability and sat outside for 30 mins trying to recover, went home and slept for hours haha

TropicanaJuiceI forgot what it was exactly but I was in a lot of pain lol, Ill try to remember it and post it it was pretty insane, the guy i was doing it with said he only does it once a month or once every two months because its so intense

TropicanaJuicelol didnt think anything of it when posting so maybe you want to throw in no homo? haha jp and The leg workout we did was on the leg press machine, start off with certain weight at 20 reps, rest for 20 seconds, then 18 reps, rest for 18 seconds, 15 reps, rest for 15, 12 reps, rest for 12, same fashion 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. increase weight as you go. Fucking insane
how about going to drop a duce the next day and you get 6 inches from the bowl and your legs give out slamming your glutes onto the rim... killer

Try doing that workout then driving a stickshift car home thru stop n go traffic. Car kep lurching etc like it was first day learning. Got the knee bounce wobble. Lol! Dirty looks from other cars. Haaa. Next day pirate legs
