Swollen Trap/Delt advise needed
Alright eroids community I need some advise. I woke this morning to find my left shoulder swollen right above the collar bone (trapezius/anterior deltoid). Yesterday was chest/back and I was training hard (obviously too hard). I am 4 weeks into a cycle, it is as follows:
test e /500mg week
anavar /60mg day (until test kicks, then 20-30mg a day until 8 weeks)
I have read test decreases collagen synthesis, so that is why I stacked anavar since its promotes collagen synthesis. Any input on this? What do you guys reccomend I do for my shoulder?

You'll be fine, take some muscle relaxer pills, or rub some cortisone, it doesn't look too bad thought!
If it hurts take time off.If you workout and it hurts you might further hurt it or end up tearing something.
Did you fall asleep on that side with arm under head and cramp up?
AnonNah I sleep military style, on my back with my arms straight. Its weird I know haha
TxBigBoyIt doesn't look to bad. How bad does it hurt? Can you lift without feeling pressure in it? Have you tried anti inflammatories? I would ice it if it hurts. If you don't feel pressure in it or any kind of strain when you workout other muscles I'd keep training while trying to isolate the muscle your training and not put any strain on the trap/delt. But obviously take a few days off from any workouts that involve straining the delt/trap.
AnonFirst off, thanks for the reply, I really do appreciate it. Anyways, pain is mostly in the shoulder joint as I feel the swelling is putting pressure on the joint itself. But its not too bad, not enough to stop me from wanting to lift. Any pain felt is when I try to touch my back. I guess im just kinda in shock since I've never gotten hurt from lifting. I was taught to control my weight/keep form/slow positive & negative reps as opposed to exploding and sacrificing form for reps and so far Its done me good but I guess injuries just happen. Nope havent taken any motrin, tylenol, advil, ibprofin or the likes (worried about stressing liver since on var), just spent 30min icing it though, slight decrease in size. I take prescription adderal (amphetamine) so I dont really ever feel aches or pains which forces me to act preventive instead of responsive to injuries. I'm up 17lbs in 32 days (shattered my arm had surgery, morphine + depression stripped me of my size) so Ive been worried about my tendons not growing as fast as my muscles are. I'll take a day or two off, then go back and do legs, then go from there. Sound good?

You probably didn't over stress it or anything sometimes shit just happens, the key is to shut it down as soon as you are aware of the injury like you have done. Just keep icing it and resting till the swelling is completely gone, then if your not feeling any strain in it maybe try some light warm up weight and see where your at as far as healing.
AnonAlright man will do, thanks for the wisdom. I got one last question for ya. I pin twice a week (test e 250) Ive been just rotating arms without any problems. Im on a Mon/Fri schedule, last friday I pinned my right delt (good arm), but today I would normally pin my left (injured side). What do you think about pinning the left arm today? My delt itself is not swollen and hasnt been pinned in a week. Any concern over that? I mean I guess I can always go for that quad shot Ive been interested in trying. I hate glutes, cant see, feels awkward sitting there for a minute pumping through a 25ga haha. Love my delt shots.

If your already wanting to pin quads(my favorite) then id go ahead and switch it up. It's good to incorporate new sites from time to time even if your just pinnin twice a week. if you need any help on that quad pin just holla at me and I can walk you through it.
