-1 good cutting/bulking and short/long cycles
I see alot of people posting what is the best cycles for lean bulk, mass, cutting, and even though diet is the major factor, certain gear may play an advantage.
long ester lean bulk cycles:
test e week 1-14
eq or primo week 1-14
tbol week 1-6
short ester lean bulk:
week 1-8 test p or test pp
week 1-8 npp
week 1-6 tbol
long ester mass bulk:
week 1-12 test e
week 1-10 deca
week 1-4 or 5, dbol
short ester mass bulk:
week 1-8 test p or pp
week 1-8 npp
week 1-4 dbol or anadrol
long ester cutting cycle:
week 1-12 test e
week 1-12 mast e
week 1-8 var or week 8-14 var
short ester cutting cycle:
week 1-8 test p or test pp
week 1-8 var
week 1-8 mast p
the reason i didnt include tren is because most people who use tren are expierence users or atleast should be, therfore know much more then me about cycling. this post is more for 2nd and 3rd time people wanting to run cycles.

On this site we do one compound at a time! dont promote more then that for 2nd cycles!
If this is a second cycle, than it's still too many compounds.
When are you people going to realize you don't need to stack 5000 compounds in your beginning cycles. I'm new to this game too, but fuck!

Benchanitor3 compounds suddenly equals 5000 lol? btw 3 for 2nd cycle is fine. i kno ususlly you say test e for first but some run test e with a kickstart for first which is fine because test e doesnt kick in till week 4-6 so during week 1-4 u can get a feel for the other compound. and please bro stop talking in all these forums like ur a pro, i looked at ur pic ur decent build but no were near a base to even be running gear. just look very good for someone who say has trained intense for a year, year and half.
Sure, it's fine but you shouldn't be recommend that to people. Not trying to act like a pro, but I'm going to say something when people are giving, in my opinion, bad advice. Running an oral in your first cycle is bad advise.
Aware me of this build I need in order to ride a bike? FYI, I'm up 27lbs. in my first cycle (Test E), more lean, and its only week 8...you mad?
Benchanitorno im not mad, just kinda shows your no were near genetic limits, or test e kicks in a lil quicker for u then others.
Or maybe I'm doing this thing the correct way. It's whatever...
