8 vs 14% bodyfat looks

ad

Say someone who is 170lbs, 16.5 inch arms at 5"4 and 13-14% bodyfat. Well he look bigger or smaller if he cuts to 8-10% and slares all muscle will he look bigger through a shirt or smaller cuz weight is less. I kno shirtless u will look like a beast. On a side note how much arn size does one generally lose when cutting around 5-6% bodyfat if he keeps all muscle. A lil about my arms at my bodyfat clear bicep and tricep seperation with thick veins on bicep and alot of veins on forarm

Your going to lose a small% of muscle when cutting. That % will be determined by your training and calorie intake. A side note don't rely on drugs to lose fat

I'm 5-4 & put on bf from broken elbow. I look like old school midget wrestler. Stocky. Now when i cut down to 8%(prior to elbow) shirts looked tons better because they drape off the muscles vs looking stocky. My arms were just under 18. Dropping bf for me took very lil off arms because i carry on belly. So it depends on body type. I'm happy when I'm cut at 195.....so after i get back there....maintenance cycles are small and easy. It's up to each individual to find their happy spot.

Sounds like are body types are similar.. Lol my body carries the fat in the chest and stomach region. lol my arms stay defined while my legs show seperation. I grew fat as a child as well.

Awhile ago, that's all I used to do...was hike and climb. Man I was a shredded 195 lbs. and could hike over 25 miles/day...and I am talking about Rocky Mtn. type shit. I was also a heavy skiier for years, that shit is a hell of a workout when you're in the REAL mountains, climbing/skinning/traversing/boot-packing, etc. thru 3 feet of powder snow!!!! Some of the best times of my life, now years gone!!!

See.. You just dont gotta stay in the gym to be fit etc.. Outdoors is where its at. Last time I went snow boarding I almost snapped my knee in half! Scary shit LOL. Someday I would like to go for a several day hike in the mountains and just get away. That would be nice! Lol still havent figured out how will I bring all the calories I would need d:

Hell no I don't need a gym!!!...I NEVER used to hit the gym and was ALWAYS fit, strong, lean, etc. and ate like a horse, and still do!! I have injured myself ALOT on/in the mountains though, got scars to prove it from skiing and mountain biking. You can make your own gym in the mountains, go roll some rocks down a slope...I think we called it "trundleling"???...not sure, but you can find all kinds of creative ways to work your muscles in EVERY motion/plane.

Sounds awesome! Time to get back to the good life ;)
