Day 5 in, and seriously the fat is melting off. LIke literally. I feel like Im taking DNP or some shit lol. My fat loss was slowing down after breaking 11% but now its ramped up like crazy. I can see a difference everyday. My cals are super low, weighing in 187 11%bf eating about 900-1100 cals a day protein only no fats no carbs about 240-250g. Go ahead haters, say what you want about starvation but the truth is its melting fat with no muscle loss as I still feel good in the gym.

Day 1 sucked but after that my body was used to it and now im not even hungry ever. I just eat my egg whites chicken breasts and loads and loads of veggies.

Nice man its all mental, clen would def help. I ran out of E/C stack but that helps my appetite suppression and gives me good energy

I use mortons seasoned salt with hot sauce. Any seasoned salt should do. On my salads I use fat free and sugar free balasamic vingegar

Ah right I use a small amount of dipping salsa some cottage cheese and some nandos sauce, it works a treat but i know it will get boring very soon, so I'm going to buy some zero cal bbq sauce. If you read the book by lyle macdonald he says to use an EC stack to keep the metabolism ticking along, its something to do with EC stimulating you sympathetic nervous system.

What kind of cardio do you do?

Yum that sounds good chicken and salsa! I don't know why I didnt even think of that. If I had some EC I would definitely take it!

I'm not doing any cardio, I work as a mechanic so its somewhat physical. The book specifies not to do hardcore cardio, walking uphill is good enough. It says since you're already at least 1000 cal under maintenance, adding 200 from cardio from the deficit doesn't make that big of a difference, but if you have the time and energy go for it!

I'm on the same diet, I'm trying to loose as much as possible in 2 weeks I hope it goes well for me. Im also planning on running some clen alongside it for an extra boost. The way I look at it is to go through hell for a short period, get rid of the fat then go from there.

How do you season your chicken? its pretty hard to eat it without any flavour or anything

rotate old bay, mccormick, and montreal chicken. you'll get really sick of whatever meat you're eating really fast, haha.

It sure gets old trust me I stare at my plate and Im just like blah...but like they say nothing tastes as good as looking good!!!
