How to harden and shred up
ad
Never used gear. I've bulked up to around 220lbs from consuming 3500 calories from a high carb diet for lean mass and heavy lifting. I'll be dropping my calorie intake to about 1800 calories with heavy protein intake and low carbs. Now i'm on a 3 mile EOD cardio routine and lifting Mon- Fri. Dropping 25% in my weight used with lifting, and focusing on high reps(16x3). Just training and continue to eat clean. What can I use to help get to my goal faster? Test+?

leeboyBody fat is a bit high for gear mate, try adn lean down with diet and cardio, then blow up from a lean base. Test e is a bad idea for you especially for a cut! very low dose test prop, with var and mast would be much better, could through in T3/clen to speed things up a bit.
sgtstedankoIf the dude has never pinned b4, how is prop a good idea for him? A low dose of test, is test, brother. IMHO... Also He has the wrong cut for a low dose of test e, but he's right for mast, or var! Wtf!? Have a good one, brother
AnonWhat should I take?
sgtstedankoPm me. If you want. I'll get back@you. Promise... Until then; read this, commit it to memory!

sgtstedankoStats, previous cycles, etc? Don't drop your weights, brother. Just take 5 seconds to raise & also 5 seconds lower it. I don't see why you need test +, anything, dude. IMHO, if I were you, I'd go w/a low dose of test e/h (350). If you've cycled previously, I'd add in 500 of EQ, or winny. & don't worry about muscle loss, instead worry about proper nutrition, & hard cardio. Calorie deficit, H.I.I.T, sprinting/pushups. Compounds don't burn fat. Diet, & cardio Do, brother. That's what's needed here. I've got a post in the exercise forum. Read it. Print it out, or somwrhing... Have a good one
Don't crash diet and go from 3500 to 1800 you will starve and lose muscle. Try slowly easing your way to 1800 calories
brj1761Not sure dropping weight on the bar that much is a good idea. You train just like you did to what got you to where you are. Weight on the bar (strength) needs to stay the same. You dont give your muscles a stimulation and reason to retain then why should they especially in a calorie deficit and low as you are going where recovery is limited. Only thing I would suggest with your training is to cut back on volume some but still keep the numbers up to what got you to where you are. You can throw in a few higher rep sets if you want here and there and if you did before when bulking just do the same, But cutting back on volume is really only thing need to cut back on as far as training. and as far as Diet well thats whats gonna get you to harden and shred up. start out with 10x your bodywt for cal intake and adjust accordingly, get you protein requirements in you need (which im sure you know by now) lower the majority of your cals from you carb intake, cycle your carbs putting your majority allotment around you training. When you start hitting plateaus in your weight loss adjust your calorie intake or add some more cardio or both. Just change one variable at a time though. Changing to much at one time will not let you know whats working and then you might not have anything else less to change to aid in continual progress. Then just be consistent and let time take its course.
AnonI agree, what combo of gear should I take. For what I'm trying to achieve.
brj1761well alot of that is gonna depend on MANY things. Cycle history etc. but I would suggest you pm Tread about that and let him help you there. I can aid you along all day with training and nutrition info. Gear and cycling I have some experience with and have gained knowledge in that area and still learning GREATLY to this day but I would suggest get more info directed such as that from one of the vets such as Tread.
Anonwaiting on a response from him..
brj1761Also Sgt (who posted above) is another one you might want to give a shout to pertaining to that
Keep lifting heavy or u could lose muscle as u cut bro, only decrease poundages when your body tells u to. Works good for me.
tread-mNEED STATS IN FULL INCLUDING BF% and age. This may be more of a conversation as opposed to thread so if you don't get everything you need PM me if you like. If you want more recomp as opposed to losing actual size and just cut up i n the recomp itself you're going backwards a bit in your plan here. Not a terrible idea but not sure if thats what you want.
