Protein per pound of weight when juicing

Is there a recommended amount of protein intake for when on a cycle? I take 1.5 at the moment, should i take 2g per pound when i start juicing?

I have read that it is body weight devided by 2.2. Then multiple that by 1.5. Just found that on net but myself I put no limit just as much as I can get in to me as possible over the day. If ur shitting 2 or 3 times a day ur on ur way down the right road lol
Optimal amount of protein on a daily basis bro for ultimate growth and recovery is 2.2 grams pr lb of bodyweight.. this has to be monitered and recalculated weekly depending how much weight you gain, get a calculater pop in 2.2 multipled by your bodyweight ..that is your answer.. for me i say optimal even on the juice as anymore will be wasted, be sure to spread out this daily amount so that when the receptors are in pick-up mode your bloodstream is ALWAYS flooded with high quality proteins and amino acids,these are the building blocks then we have collagen which is the bodies glue which holds all this matter together which in turn forms larger muscles ok.

VIKING How much protein are you taking in daily? i always take a minimum of 1g per lb of bodyweight at a minimum, imo 2.2g per lb seems a little excessive 2.2g per kilo sounds good though. Do have have any studies about this figure for ultimate growth and recovery because if so i definitely need to up mine a little. Eg i take in around 300g per day i weigh 210lbs if i were to go with the above figure i would need to be taking in 462g of protein per day which seems too much to me but im here to learn. Cheers
Regarding my protein intake! now i am back on a blast cycle i will be manic about hitting the 2.2g pr one pound of existing bodyweight,has the weight goes up over the next weeks i will raise gramage accordingly to consistantly hit this figure,by doing this i will build more lean mass and also melt any fat due to the metabolism riseing naturally with the body being forced to assimilate this massive amount of protein so it benefits you in two ways.
Regarding studies everything i have ever read over the last 35yrs outlines this figure as being optimal for any serious bodybuilder to reach ultimate gain,IMO your 1gram is fine for maintenance or anyone not using AAS so for me and many other serious competative bodybuilders this 2.2 figure will always be the target,hope this helps some brother,if you just want to train to look good your 1gram pr lb would be fine by me,if half the young guys on here consumed that amount they would get better results than they do now and wouldnt always be saying thier gear was bunk.
Vey helpful answer, i generally take in 300g per day so just a little less than 1.5g per lb may have to experiment with adding an extra 100g of protein in there on my next blast.
