used to used the ON.. too pricey. I go thru the PP too fast now.
I use Body Fortress.. its cheap and its got the same stuff as a couple
of other companies.. I cant keep paying $35-45 for the "name" brand any more..
I eat so much chicken that it makes up for using the cheaper name PP anyway.

Im buying my chicken in 40lb boxes at a clip..($56.00) a box..

I think though with muscle milk being lactose free it helps my stomach out a bit.

Optimum gold standard is my favorite. Its one of the highest quality protiens ive ever had and mixed very easily. Try thining it out with more water if its hard on your stomic.

X2. Been taking Gold Standard for years. Love it so much I'm afraid to try anything else.

Op gold is great mixed with water. I'm always on the go and mix it with my coffee for a generic mocha. If you just use water its thin/runny but mixes very easily in shaker cup.

que pasa pelon? It kind of gave me the shits. I prefer isopure... but a lot people have a problems with that too. There was a protein I found once and I have been able to find it for a couple of years... It was a goat's whey protein powder. It was lactose free and apparently very easily disgusted. Long story short, i'm not a fan of gold standard.
