Gyno question.
Didn't know wher to post this. OK, here's the situation. I spent about a month & finally talked my 69 year old dad into starting a TRT, prescribed by me, w/the use some of my old stash (test amps, adex, proviron & a little bit (half box) or so of clomid & nolva; & some other various gear, etc. That I had hidden in my old bedroom of His house. I thought there may come a day, when I might need backup : ) I figured I'd keep it as basic as I had him pin 1ml amp Test E every 6-7 days 1st thing in the mornings @ his convenience, with half a tab of Adex EOD two/three weeks on/off. I got an email from him saying his pecs are hot. I asked "like sore, you've been working out harder"? He said no, like pretty much constant heat hot. That's the start of gyno right? Went through the checklist w/him. IE lumps, pain, yada, yada, yada. Nothing else... I told him to start taking 1 full tab adex ed, or eod. Still no change. I'm starting to think that the adex I got on sale may have been dog-shit : ( I've personally never felt this heat. I've had minor itchy nips come & go bdfore; but never a constant heat, like he has described. What should I tell him to do guys? Somebody in eroids land has to have more experience than me w/this. I really had to twist his arm to get him to start pinning. He'd been sold the steroids will kill you, your balls will implode, dick get smaller, yada yada yada, bs... So he really, really took some convincing here. It really came down to me saying "look at me, I'm healthy, happy, productive, etc. I don't fucking look like Arnold"! If I fuck him up, I'll never hear the end of it. Not to mention, I'll feel like a real douche. Anyway, somebody's got to know how to proceed here. letrozole will get rid of gyno symptoms more effectively then any other ai including aromasin. It will be a annoying with some moderate joint pain but will work. I think 2.5mg a day and decrease dose as symptoms become non existent.
Femara (letrozole) without a doubt is the best thing to take at the first sign of gyno like symptons, its even known to reverse it. pharma grade adex should be preventing gyno so imo its probably bunk, not potent enough or not dosed high enough.

dbolzI wouldn't give letro on a 69yo man can you imagine what it will do for his lipids? Or his joints? His appetite will be shot, he will feel weak not the way to go imo. Even 12.5mg aromasin is pushing it and also 3 weeks is way too long for letro.

dbolzIt doesnt have to be bunk. You say you stashed it there for a while? Adex has a self life of about 2 years (At best), even the best pharma grade adex will deteriorate after 2 years. Say you bought it already 6months old and it stayed for a year, there is a huge chance that the adex is not as strong as it should be or even worse completely gone off. The heat on his pecs is a sign of gyno but you get it mostly in the nipple area not in the whole pec.
Why not get him some fresh adex or even better some aromasin which will be kinder to his cholesterol? Try giving him 12.5mg aromasin ed till the heat from his nipples subside. Whatever signs of gyno he has or estrogen domination will be relieved from the aromasin for sure. It shouldnt take more than a week or two for the heat to subside so dont let him at that dose for too long else his joints will be affected. Unless he really knows what to look for he might not be able to spot the lumps. I had lumps all my life and only when i really flared up and let them progress i was able to identify them.
How long does he had those symptoms for? Can you ask him if its his aerolas that are burning or his whole pec? If its the whole pec it doesnt sound like gyno and it would be best for him to get checked out by a physician. Hope this helps and good luck to your dad.
Also since he is already pinning best try and convince him to split the one amp in two shots per week that alone could be the reason for the flare up. Tell him to preload two syringes and pin one and then the other after 3 days or so.

Preload syringes? I don't think that'd be sterile, would it? I never ever do that, personally...
Preloading is fine.Just put the cap back on and put it in a zip lock baggy.

sgtstedankoI don't know, just asking. The guys I was taught from, told me to do everything a certain way; & I've always followed that routine. Old school bro scientology, I guess. Cool. So, you guys pre load, & just let them sit out on the environment a few days, all the time? No infections, ABCESS, etc, etc, etc? That'd certainly be quicker...

dbolzI preload for up to 4 weeks in advance never had an issue if you keep everything sterile when preloading they stay sterile. Just get him a nice box where he can store them keep them out of light etc. 3 Days is nothing for a preloaded syringe.
