Someone last night mentioned this website that shows many injection spots. It was great for me to find out about em, now most of you probably already know about it but I wanna post this here for the ones that dont.-- SPOTINJECTIONS.COM ---
I use to switch off between delts, quads and glutes.. They show great alternative spots on the side and top of glutes, so now I have 4 totally different spots to hit on my quads which is awesome and it showed me a few alternatives for delts and triceps. They also had trap spots and shit but those are 2 scary lol. This website has made my cycle much easier since I have to PIN ED. Check it out guys.

Great site!! Has helped me tremendously in figuring out what muscles hurt the least, wouldn't have had a clue or the cojones to hit some of these spots if it wasn't for the site!!!
Spot injections doubt it. It is good to pin different muscles regularly, switch it up. For istance if all you pin is glutes your receptor sites down regulate and you build up quite a bit of scar tissue,the oils are not free flowing as quickly as they would if you constantly switch muscles. The scar tissue slows down the free flow of the oils in the blood stream, you can potentially get little absceses or cysts if you constantly pin same spot.
do you think spot injection works? i heard some that say yes and others say it doesnt make a difference
It doesnt work. If it did I would have a huge ass and quads.
LOL done calves once man WHOOOO never ever again i take pain but that was crazy.
