Aromasin and Nolva question.

The source I'm looking to get all my gear from sells Aromasin in 25mg caps and Nolva in 40mg caps. The normal dosing for both these from what I've read is 12.5mg ed or eod for aromasin and 40/40/20/20 for nolva but since I can't split the caps what would be the best way to take these? I'm sure I want to use this source so a simple "find a different source" isn't going to helpful.

Keep in mind that nolva is strictly for blockong estrogen as it relates to issues with breasts. Aromasin is good to run through pct as it will keep your estrogen levels lower altogether. That said, you should probably run clomid with it instead of nolva which will do a much better job at restoring your natural test levels than nolva will. Nolva is also more toxic than clomid. Just my 2 cents.

Just carefully split the caps in the morning when you go to consume it. Pour out all the powder and split evenly. Pour one half of the powder into some water or juice and drink. The rest you can put back into the caps. Use a piece of paper to pour the powder back into the caps. Then when ur ready to take your next dose you will be ready. Repeat process every other day.
Most people say with such a small amount of actual aromasin/nolva that the majority of the cap is just filler and thus simply splitting it into two piles doesn't mean you have equal amounts of product. I guess what I was really asking was is it ok to take 25mg ed/eod vs 12.5mg and would it be ok to run the nolva 40/40/40/40 instead of 40/40/20/20? I'd be running clomid at 100/100/50/50 for pct as well.

Agreed. A digital pocket scale would be a good investment doing this to weigh the powder out.
