Besides moving iron I like to do martial arts, ride my motorcycle, play vidya games, and go to school.

I spend a lot of time reading science fiction/fantasy, not quite as much time as I'd like to playing computer games. Between work, working out, and trying to keep myself out of the poor house, I don't have as much time as I'd like for some of my more time consuming hobbies like backpacking, hunting, fishing trips, and sculpture welding.
lacrosse is where its at, love the game, and its absolutely a fantastic way to release a hard weeks worth of built up stress by taking it out on another player.

Jui-jitsu ( 10th planet ) , train dogs, and family. They are a part of everything I do.
I do some jiu-jitsu as well, I like playing the rubber guard but it's hard to learn new shit without a legit instructor on it.
