Whats for breakfast , lunch, dinner , snack or any new awesome find,thats stocked full of protein and other goodies to make our intake needs simpler.
I think that would be pretty cool, ive seen a few pictures posted in ''gear pics'' of someones lunch, or new protein powder.
I'm always looking for new meal ideas or new products full of protein that would make my day eaisier ive never heard of, but sure wish i had.

I know we have the whats for dinner forum, but we also have anabolics forum which is a great help to talk about everything , but the ''gear pics'' are always popular and fun to have as well and sometimes better than words.

Im on the "seefood" diet, if I see it, "I EAT IT"...
I dont know if this is what your asking, but heres how I get my macro intake.

Breakfast: 200g cooked oats, 100g BCAA (yuk!), 20g glutamine, 10g creatine.

2hrs later: 50g protein/100g ground oats shake
1hr later: 20g BCAA, handful of nuts.

Lunch: 300g Fried rice/350g chicken breast. Glass of juice

2hrs later: 50g protein/100g ground oats shake
1hr later: 20g BCAA

Dinner: 2-3 boiled sweet potatos/350g+ chicken breast, leftover rice.

2hrs later: 50g protein/100g ground oats shake
1hr later: 20g BCAA, handful of nuts.

At bedtime: 500ml milk/150g whey protien/6 scoops of peanut butter.

Preworkout: 100g BCAA/300ml Orange juice

Postworkout: whole dominos pizza (pepperoni+cheese!), 20g glutamine, 20g creatine.

To all the "experts" on this forum..... flame away!!!!!!

PS. I buy 2 boxs of musashi P20 bars per week and eat them whenever im peckish ;) (or on the toilet)
