Itchy Skin from green tops. Is this normal?

So I bought so green tops from china and first 2 weeks were fine but now my skin is itchy on and off thru out the day. When I itch it sometimes it gets little swollen spots from scratching it. Its driving me nuts and im only doing 2 ui a day.
Any one know whats up? I know its from china so i can expect much.
Or could it be from the Tren i have been taking 100mgs e4d ?
