Just thought I would share my current daily meal plan. I might change a few things up during the day depending on my work schedule but this is mostly what I eat every day except Sunday when I get to cheat.

3 meals, 4 shakes. I'm amazed people think this is a good diet. you can probably get
9 meals a day with your schedule. 6 meals and 3 shakes, or 5 meals and 3 shakes
if its hard. 75% of your intake is all supplements, lol
not trying to be an asshole, but you can definitely improve this and save yourself a shit load of money if you buy real food. all you need is whey, fuck the pro complex and weight gainer, make your own. you can make a shake with 500ml milk 40g oats 1 scoop whey 25g almonds and a banana - that shit I'm sure is a lot cheaper and more nutritious good luck man
I don't think you're being an asshole at all. The title should have read "diet for a busy person with no time to eat" While there is nothing wrong with drinking shakes it can be very expensive, but sometimes it is the only way to do it when you have to sneak off at the office just to get some quick nutrition in. If I had it my way I would be eating whole foods for every meal except for maybe my very last one. I will draw out another plan with whole foods for you lucky ones who have all the time in the world to eat lol.

Yeah man, i have a very similar diet, works great. I add plain non-fat yogurt and skim milk throughout the day for cals and protein. Looks good bro
Nice and clean man, something to think about though - maybe change a shake or two for a solid meal? Although you do have a desk job so can imagine it's awkward eating and eating lol.

Haha yea I spent some time on this in excel.
I could possibly get away with eating a bit more calories but I have a desk job and the only work-out I get durring the day is at the gym when I get off work.
