How to get a bigger appetite

I have been running test for the last 2 weeks and have no weight gains. My apetite seems to not be there. Can anyone help with some advice on what can kickstart my apetite? I do not do any drugs so please don't tell me to smoke weed or something. I hope my test is not bunk. Any help would be cool. Thanks

Yeah, man. Train your body to eat more with time. Don't go from eating 2,000 calories a day to 5,000 overnight though. Your body cannot metabolize it properly and put your nutrients to use. Such a "shock diet" could actually lead to making your appetite even weaker, visiting the restrooms more frequently, a sickness of sorts... All of which are 100% counter-productive. Eat an additional 500 calories every day, or every few days even, for a week or two and assess your changes as you move along. When you notice a steady/reasonable change, take note of your intake (you don't want to OVEReat either). Also, make sure you are sleeping and eating at the same times each day... Many times. Taking in 700 calories 7 times a day will have you close to 5k. That's a lot, man. And it's WAYYY easier that way than to take in that many calories in three or four meals. Your body will also make better use of what you eat, considering it can only metabolize/properly utilize up to so much of what you are feeding it at each feeding time. Oh, and cardio in the morning will have your metabolism primed and ready to eat more all through the day! Sorry if any of this was an insult to your intelligence, but a nice little "feeding time 101" reminder proves helpful from time to time. Good luck with your cycle.
(Btw, the test probably isn't really going to hit your body full-force for another week or two if you first pinned only two weeks ago.)
EQ is good for hunger.Like someone else sayed ghrp-6 will help for around 2 weeks till it tapers off then your back to where you where before.
StevebInject Vitamin B complex, it will make you very hungry. I was doing it once a week.
Nuts, cheese and avocado are all really healthy ways to gain weight and can be mixed into all your meals without increasing the size too much. Aim for 2800 calories a day and get 3 portions of carbohydrate, protein and fat. X

haah don't smoke week bro...last time i smoked i was so stone i eat like a pig then i went in my bed....woke up at 2.am ...VOMITING...lol
TxBigBoyGetting a bigger appetite is just like getting bigger muscle, you have to train your body. Slowly adding more and more food every week will force your appetite to grow. Weight gainer shakes are the best way train your body to eat more when your just starting out. Also make sure your staying regular(taking normal shits) because if your backed up it can kill your appetite.
It's starting to make sense now bananas and constipation. I'll be laying off them now and drinking fibre gel cheers bro
TxBigBoyAlmonds are good too for staying regular, I eat em like crazy. You can also take Probiotics and they will help with digestion and keeping you regular. They are kinda like a very weak laxative.
I'm the exact same bro. I'm 4 weeks in and my apetite is zero and I'm taking 6 liv52 a day. There must be something to give you more of an apetite.

When I'm on Orals I take Liv52 and it actually increases my appetite. Var kills it for me and the 52 balances that out. Look into it. Also do some cardio like squatrack mentioned and Eat a big meal before bed too, makes me wake up hungrier
I know you are on a test cycle and not Orals, but the liv 52 won't hurt
I'm glad to hear this. I ordered liv 52 like a month ago before I ordered my cycle and it just showed up like tree days ago and I wasn't sure about taking it while on a cycle.
Just make sure you take it before meals, not after and take a couple times a day. I noticed it worked better that way
Id wait a couple weeks till the test really kicks. I feel your pain tho one of my sides are loss of appetite towards the end of my cycles. I used eq last cycle and it help keep my appetite.

Do HIIT after your weight session. I like to do 50 yard sprints. Sprint there, walk back, repeat 5-10x. This method will give you a 3 to 1 ratio of rest to work.
