My diet has been off for the past 2 or less weeks. Wife and I are having issues so training and eating right just isn't happening the way I would like. None the less I feel great and juiced the F up! I have 4 more weeks and I am going all out. Finishing my cycle with Test E @ 500 mg/wk, and Mast P @ 400 mg/wk... Week 7 shot was in the morning with no bloat, week 8 shot was after noon after a big as meal.

Hey bro, I agree with AMateToTalkTo. You will see amazing results with just one compound, maximum two compounds at minimal doses for a first cycle. Also, it gives you an opportunity to see how your body reacts to those compounds at that dose. I am no expert but I had 4 prior cycles under my belt (stretched over 7 years, but played around with different compounds at minimal doses)before this cycle, and many would say that I used too many compounds this round with my lack of experience. Everyone is different, but get a feel for what works with you and what you like, and most important do a SHIT load of research. Accepted friend request, pm me...

Here is my current cycle:

1-7 Tren E @ 300
8-12 Mast P @ 400mg/wk
1-7 Letrozole @ .25 mg/day
PCT consists of clomid, HCG, and Vitamin E
My next cycle I am going to give Winny a shot rather than Mast

LOL Thanks bro... I have 3 weeks left on my cycle and have been trying hard as hell to put an additional 5 lbs of lean muscle. Been eating so much (clean)and I have my stomach sticking out like 4 inches past my chest! Mornings my shit is pretty flat but by night time I look pregnant.
phil113kgHang in there bro. Question, why are you feeling that bloated at the end of the day? I noticed with myself that certain food will make me feel that way like lentils. Even at just 150 g X 3 a day will leave me feeling like a balloon and I would have the farts all throughout the night. In the morning it would be gone and I would be flat again. Some foods in it's combination with others can create gas that gives you the balloon unwanted sensation. So think about what you ate and at what combination and I am sure you will solve your problem.
I really need to start monitoring food combinations. I know at this point that I am slightly lactose intolerant. I can have many dairy products and not have much bloat, however really rich dairy products send me to the bathroom all night! Spicy food is another one that bloats me up and gives me a lot of gas and heart burn. These are just two things I feel like I cant give up in my diet though. I appreciate the feed back, I am going to start paying more attention to food combinations, because I hate the bloat.

Truly appreciated phil, coming from a pro... I have to agree with the 5 lbs, I have 4 weeks left on my cycle and I am going hard for at least 5 lbs of lean muscle!
phil113kgOne good way to do it in four weeks is either to increase your caloric intake by maybe another 500 clean calories or decrease the total amount of sets within your routine.
That's what I was thinking as far as increasing caloric intake. I am in a better place with my wife right now, so I am totally focused... As far as decreasing sets, by how much? I currently do everything at 4 sets 10 reps, unless I dog out on my 4th set with too much weight. Should I drop to 3 sets, 8 reps with each routine?
phil113kgWell usually there are two options, there are others, you can do to increase your LBM. One is to either increase your caloric intake anywhere between 500-1000 calories per day or decrease the total amount of sets per workout. For the former, if you choose the 500 calorie option and you monitor your weight AND appearance and you see some noticeable gains then you are on target. If several weeks go by and nothing then increase to 750 calories and that might do the trick. I hate counting calories cause it is a bore and it takes time and dedication. So maybe find a lean sports shake that gives you all the macro nutrients but without all the unnecessary unwanted carbs which will lead to fat gain rather than muscle. Finding these shakes are easy but choose wisely. Or you can take away a set or two from each body part that is being worked on. Less sets equals less energy spent in the gym which equates to more energy left to repair muscle tissue = muscle gain.

That's why i want to add mast to my next cycle. I lost alot of bf and veins i never knew i had started appearing and i liked lol. It made me pub even harder to get them to Really pop out lol, I felt like i was gonna pass out a couple times
LOL It's motivation in the gym for me for sure. I start looking like long thick blue worms are crawling over my body and it's disgusting but I love it. I just keep pumping as hard as I can so I can see them all over. First time with mast for me and im into week 3 with it... good shit

Thanks bro, yea I noticed a huge difference in vascularity just from week 7 to 8 when I added the mast p. Its crazy when I train, I feel my veins pushing out of my skin lol
