So I have been running 500 mg of test e/wk now for 8 weeks. Also on the second month of GH. I have totally revamped my diet and upped cardio and have been seeing great results. My bf% dropped from 13% to a steady 8% in the last two months. I have lost a lot of weight, so I believe muscle mass has gone down, but strength has maintained. I feel like I have my BF to a good spot, not I want to maintain that and start building more size again. I was previously 205-210 lbs, now I am about 195 lbs.
