Yep, I held off for as long as I could because I fucking hate needles and they scare the shit out of me. Glutes only for so long its ridiculous. Then again, i used to use 19gg pins and reuse needles until they were to dull or rusty to break the skin (not joking). Fucking idiot. Anyway, I researched the spot and the prep and everything and finally hit a quad the other day. 22gg, 1cc, 1" pin. Right in the vastus lateralus. That was awesome. Went in clean, super low PIP, way lower than my glutes which are ready to say "fuck you dad" and jump off my body. I stood straight up with arms relaxed at sides, where my middle fingertip touched, I marked it, sat down, alcohol prepped, stuck it. Smooth like butter baby. Test E 300mg, 1cc. It feels a little bruised but not bad at all. Giving time to let muscles groups heal after injecting is going to save my cycle. Liek the old timers say- man up and pin that shit. Hindsight- it is really irresponsible to keep hitting the same groups every other day. This will make everything easier.
