Calorie Intake on 12 week test-e

ad

I was wonder how many calories I need over my maintenance on a 12 week test-e lean bulk. Also, how much longer after PCT should I keep bulking until its safe to cut. I'm about 10ish BF, probably get to 7-8% before cycle. I want to try to keep fat to min. I want to run a 40/40/20 macro setup.

I was thinking every 10 lbs I gain, I up 150 cals? then maybe 300 cals more during pct??

At only 150extra calories a day it wil take forever to gain weight. Typically you will gain a pound for every EXTRA 3500cals you eat. So sy you eat 500 extra calories a day for 7 days, thats 3500 extra cals that week which should add up to roughly a pound of weight. At only 150 extra cals a day you're looking at like 23 or 24 days just to add a pound of weight. Thats a little over 3wks, so at that rate on a 12wk cycle you're looking at a whoping 4lb gain if you only eat 150cals above baseline each day. Thats a waste of 12wks on juice, you can do that naturally. YOU NEED CALORIES WHILE ON CYCLE!! PERIOD!!!

depending on your body. Heigh, weight, metabolism, how you react to carbs. Most people dont realise they eat way to much. You're body is only able to build a certain amount of muscle in a certain amount of time. I see a lot of 220 lbs guys eating 4k calories. But to be honest thats to much unless you're on alot of tren +/or HGH.

For 220 depending on your bf% 4k should be ok if you are looking to bulk and you are eating the right things. This is a good link to check out to see how much you should be eating while bulking up. Good Luck! http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hugo41.htm

Everyone is different.
What I did for my first cycle was to eat 150cal more a day for a week then add 150 more the next week. After the fourth week, I was noticing more fat being put on so i went back 150cal and stayed at that for the rest of my cycle. Maybe give that a try with 100/150/200 more a week depending on your goals and body type.
