Test Prop, Anavar, Winstrol Depot and Clen
ad
week 1-12 150mg's Test prop every other day
week 1-12 50mg's Winstrol Depot every day
week 1-12 60mg's Anavar every day
week 1-12 Clen, 2 Weeks on 2 Weeks off. Starting with 40mcg's and working my way to 120mcg's at the end of 2 weeks.
week 3,6,9,12 50mg's of benadryl every night
week 1-12 1mg of Arimedex every day
week 13 Novadex 40mg every day
week 14 Novadex 30mg every day
week 15 Novadex 20mg every day
Any advice on this cycle guys? I am looking to decrease body fat from 17% to 10% and become more lean and vascular.

I do cardio when you wake up before you eat. Carbs taper in evening. winny does come in oil form, but I would stay away from it. Prop usually isn't run much more than 8 weeks. T3 might be a little easier to handle than clen. It may take a lot of experimenting with your carbs and good fats to dial in the diet, when you do figure that out it can be pretty rewarding.
You grow and learn to realize there is no replacement for test, and the orals were your attempt at doing that. You only get this knowledge by reading and learning, or by doing and generally failing, and learning that way.

AnonRunning both orals at the same time and for twelve weeks is just asking for serious liver damage.. Winstrol not only damages your liver, it raises your cholesterol and is damaging to your joints, adding anavar which is mild RELATIVELY speaking is adding insult to injury. There is a reason why poeple run orals for an average of six weeks. Oh by the way, ALL the winstrol and anavar in the world are not going to help you lose that body fat.. in fact you won't see any significant cuts in body fat for you to even notice. And if you insist on running this cycle you better get your liver enzymes checked at the very least every other week..
Without cycle history, and by the looks of it you're still in early cycle history (cuz winny and var are being run too long) IMO/IME at 17%BF I really don't think you would get optimal effects from winny and var anyway... prop/clen would be very effective at reducing BF
agreed. TOO MUCH orals. ROT: never more than 60mg orals for 6 weeks.
Better to minimize the orals, and emphasize the test.
No need to take the 2 weeks off doing clen. The benadryl or ketotifen prevents that from being necessary.
NastyNateSecond cycle ever on 12 weeks of prop sounds like a terrible idea to me. I'm in week seven of USP prop, and while I love the benefits and the feeling it gives me, I'm sick of the PIP. Only 3 more weeks to go!
looks like you'd be better served with a clean diet and clen stand-alone until youre more in the 11-13% range. then running this cycle without 12 weeks of orals. more like 6 of the anavar and 4 of the winny at the end

NastyNateToo long on the prop, shorter esters can be ran for shorter times. WAY TO LONG on the winny and var! And that's prolly to much dex ED while on cycle. Like tread said, a bunch of pills and shots aren't gonna get u were u need to be, good diet and self discipline are.
tread-mYou need age, stats, cycle experience here...even so let me ask a question , if this is what it takes to get you from 17 to 10% bf how will you stay at 10 once the cycle is over? If you didn't do the kitchen/gym and got to 17 what makes you think you can do the kitchen and gym when this over...see where I'm going? This is not how you lose weight brother. You lose weight with blood,sweat and tears so once you earn it you respect it and want to work hard to keep it. I'm not opposd to a little help but to he at 17% and drop this in I can assure you this won't make all your dreams come true. I'm happy to help you get there as will many others be once you drop the pertinent information here so we know you and know who we are trying to help. You don't want my guess work because it sucks! Lol
Hey tread thanx for the advice. Im 31 and 220. I did a test and eq cycle before. Ive been working hard and very dedicated but when I try cutting I end up losing a lot of muscle so thought I would give this cycle a shot.
tread-mI would push you to a more traditional cycle and eat lean meat like you are going to war. You ca n do carb drops by mid afternoon in your diet and cut all a a clean diet. You are telling me you have a problem here so why would the problem be gone after a cycle such as this? It won't be so you can see wby I say this is a wrong direction. Now if posing for the cover of GQ at the end of it for a big payday and then you go back to the old you then we have a deifferent conversation. This does not solve long term problems brother. High in lean meat diet, clean, carb manipulation off and on to goals etc is where I go. You have a lot of living ahead of you and this is not how you do it brother. I know exactly what you are saying here trust me its just I'm trying to say just because what you are doing is not working does not mean it can't be done. I understand you are dedicated and thats great but there are different levels of dedication and I just don't feel this as being something you look back on and say "that really benefited my long term goal".
