Do the research on PCT. Clomid and Nolva is a great start.
Wish you hadn't done AAS at 21, but it is what it is now. Let's try to mitigate the risk with proper PCT, and hope for minimal sides. Good luck.

Ill wont go into the obvious cause obviously you've made up your mind so whatever, its your balls, erection, and tits that are in jeapordy not mine right lol. As for sides everyone is different like KMC said, personally i was on a 10wk test e cycle and didnt really see any sides except for increased strenght and weight. I had literally less than 9 pimples the whole 10wks, a few in odd places though one on bicep a couple on my chest. No oily skin, sex drive stayed the same , and no increased aggresion but I did have more drive. I did start to get acne on my face after i came off though.
