+ 3 feelin great on cycle of test e only and getting compliments already
Im 32 days in on a test e only cycle @ 500mgs a week. I just got back from the gym a lil while ago and Im feelin great today. I had 3 people tell me I was lookin big and it looked like I put on some size. I've been increasing my bench lately including everything els, but when I was on the flat bench I started puting on some rediculis weight from what I was doing before (225 6-8 reps before cycle and 255 6-8 reps now and 275 now at 3 reps on last set) this cycle and this guy noticed and said something like "I see you put some more weight on your bench" and he then spotted me without me having to ask him to. Then when I went to the incline, I was puting more weight on than normal and another guy came over and spotted me again without having to ask him too. He also complimented me. Later on twards the end of my routine, a friend of mine came in the gym and told me I was lookin good and big and deffinately gaining some size.
For those of you that don't know, this is my first cycle and Im competing in the Eroids Body Challenge. See here http://www.eroids.com/ebc/eroids-body-challenge-2 I starting to feel some strength increases and Im not nearly as sore the next day after a hard workout even when adding weight to what I normally do. I havn't seen anybody say anything about less soreness the next day after a good hard workout while on cycle but thats what is happening for me. I sure hope the strength keeps going up. My starting weight was at 191 and today Im at 210. Im here to push harder than I've ever pushed before and win this challenge. Theres a lot of great competitors and even If I don't win the EBC I will still be a winner in my eyes because this will be the biggest and most pronounced change to my body I will have seen since I started weight lifting.

tread-mBrother we're all proud of you and happy you are here. I'm opinionated but I only do it to help so take it that way because I want you to achieve. Its free advice so if its worth nothing to you then you got your moneys worth cuz I'm not charging you for it. You have a nice foundation and at your weight as it pertains to this goal I think you work on quality and forget about bulking. You will do much better IMO with this challenge, and thats the goal in front of you, by working recomposition. You will look bigger because you will be bigger with recomp even if the scale does not say so, the mirror is what everyone else see's so to me its the goal and the scale is not in very bigh demand. With your current weight and size vs bf you will achieve nicely. I don't mind high calories if I'm in your shoes but if it is to be high it comes from lean meat over at least 6 meals loading your necessary carbs only. I am the opposite on the cardio here. I pound cardio now which will burn the fat quicker and as well, drive hunger up for more of that lean meat you love! Lol. This is it for me, with your foundation the fat cut and recomp is your best opportunity to do well on the challenge and trust me when I tell you, 12 weeks is a very short time for a serious cut and recomp. You have some stiff competition with one guy in particular that is based out very very nice and would have a shot at this thing without gear and just a hard core diet for 12 weeks. Just free advice to help, hope you don't think I should have just kept my mouth shut I just see what can happen in those pics and thats how I see you doing it. Btw, your strength gains not only continue in this scenario, they may actually be better. As well, this goal is about most dramatic change which will be a recomp win having nothing to do with scales .....best of luck to you, you're lookin good brother!
I understand where your coming from tread. When I say Im bulking it doesn't mean Im eating Mc d's, pizza, and ice cream. I just wanna make sure Im eating plenty of calories to grow. You can't grow if you don't get enough calories. I do also eat 5-6 meals a day to help up the metabolism and get plenty of clean calories spread out throuout the day consisting of lean red meat, eggs, chicken, whole weat bread....etc, just lots of it. My goal was to bulk because I wanted to be over 200lbs and have achived that as of now. You gotta remember, Im 5'6 so you can prolly understand why I would want to get big. I was always the lil guy. I was 140lbs in high school. But I can also see why your saying to cut. Im big now for my hight and have plenty of muscle hiding under my body fat and agree with you that I will look bigger lean and mean. Maybe I'll start really uping the cardio from now on to get lean for the EBC.
tread-mGood for you, I hated to even say anything as good as you're coming along but I just know in my mind what this challenge is and to carve you up right now is what it is. You do what makes you happyI just look to the goal at hand and right now you got a challenge sitting on your step! Lol. Funny thing, people can look bigger with a serious recomp even if that scale says they got smaller. I see a lot of people and I know you do to that look much bigger than what the scale says just due to proportion. 5'6" is an advantage brother, its a hell of a lot easier to make you look huge than it is a 6 footer. You're gonna be a beast don't worry about those scales.
I might just reconsider some things now. lol. I think your rite, I prolly would show a bigger diffrence geting cut up then to get big.

Ya, testosterone increases protein synthesis, so u dnt get nearly as sore while on cycle. The reason for soreness is the build up of lactic acid while your muscles are waiting to be repaired, as u probably know when u lift there are tons of micro tears in your muscle fiber, naturally it takes a couple days to build the muscle back up which is why they get sore with lactic acid which fills in those tears for the time being, branched chain amino acids or BCAA'S are essential in muscle recovery because they take away lactic acid and set the tables for protein synthesis. So when testosterone is introduced into the body it speeds up the whole process which is why upping your protein intake is vital while on cycle. Be sure to get some BCAA powder also , it always helps.
I figured it had something to do with increased protein synthasis just wasn't 100% sure since I havn't seen anybody talk about it on here. I am running this cycle as a bulk cycle so Im eating like a horse but pretty clean. I was also using Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass for extra calories but just used the last of it today. I need to get some more soon and some BCAA powder too.
Optimum nutrition is good quality protein, although its all the same to me lol. Only reason I get the more expensive proteins sometimes is because they taste better which matters a lot to me I hate drinking big ass shakes that taste like a cardboard box lol
Ive found that you can't go wrong with Optimum Nutrition stuff. The first protein I ever bought was GNC brand about 10yrs ago and it was horrible. I threw up almost everytime after drinking it. It was chunky and expensive as hell too. I think it was $50 for 3lbs before tax and was.
if your running a ten week you should take the last 2 weeks and just use it to cut off some of the bulk you get from your cycle, thats what i did and worked out pretty well. Right now im planning my second cycle and just finished my first and PCT isnt anywhere as bad as it sounds. Keep us updated how it goes
My cycle will be for 12 weeks and I was thinking of doing something like that the last two weeks I will prolly do extra cardio and eat extra clean to get a lil leaner maybe. I will deffinately keep everyone updated. Check back in at my EBC page soon to see my results.
