M Fing LEGS !!

Most often LEGS are the dreaded "have to do it" training day for me. I think of cool stuff like "I need to pick up the neighbor's dog shit", "my GF needs tampons" and the my most famous "I need to rest and grow today".

I have tons of them!!!!

So today I decided I'd make these sticks shake or else.

Warmed up with 4 wheels and went 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6 adding 1 wheel each side/set 90 seconds rests and strip sets no rest pulling wheels and seeing stars rubbing the two sites I pinned this morning each rest period.

On to legs curls swerving all over like drunken fuck, legs shaking and near cardiac arrest I found the seated leg curls and went OFF!!

Thought I was okay until I started towards the dead lift platform and almost went over. One set of deads shaking so bad I did 8 of the 10 and called it.

Walking out after protein and a good 10 minutes rest was wobbly at best.

Somebody has legs this evening or tomorrow so think of that grumpy Old Bastard ABBY and knock one mean session for the OG.

Thursdays are my legs day too; my workout partner literally started to black out today and had to lay down on the floor after squats.

Deads gave me such a wicked lower back pump I went to the floor next.

However - I did more weight and more reps (in good form) than the 20-somethings next to me. Felt fucking great.

Careful...last month took myself out for 3 days on a "feel good" legs day (LOL)
