The Newbie Files

ad

I thought I would post some of the newbie mistakes I have made while adventuring into the AAS world. I have generally been the type of person who ends up learning from my mistakes, I like to research tons but the end of the day actuall pushing the plunger is a different deal. At least I have found anyway, so here goes some rookie mistakes I have made so far.

New bottles have a good vacuum in them and require alot more air then I ever thought to build pressure in the bottle, I wasted two pins figuring out I need to put more air into the vial making it way easier to extract the oil.

When changing the needle wait to push the air till you have the new needle on, the oil will lubricate the needle and you don't waste gear.

Research the supplier intro forums before ordering product, I got all excited with the top rating list and didn't do my research. I havn't paid the piper yet, but I may still yet.

So far that's all I can think of that I have done, how the rest of us surely we have all done some stupid shit???

We have all done stupid stuff. Like you say at least you learnt from it. If you make a mistake once that's an mistake if you do it twice that's just bordering on retarded. You can read and google as much as you want but there really is no substitute for actual experience. And experience is doing what others are reading and thinking about. Good post
