GW-501516 ultimate fat burner? Anyone tried it?

I've been reading what little there is available on this stuff and the results are pretty wild; 7-10 pounds lost in a month. Lab studies show a dramatic improvement of HDL also.
Not many reviews out there, was curious if anyone here has personal experience...
