Pre-existing Gyno and AI's

I am looking to start my first cycle of test e at 500mg/ml a week for 12 weeks, but the only thing I have been worried about is I'm pretty sure I have the start of gyno already from puberty, both of my nipples are slighty puffy all the time and there's small lumps behind both. I was planning on running aromasin 12.5 mg EOD through the whole cycle. My question is do you think this will be enough to keep it from progressing further or should I run something like letro instead? or any other suggestions on what to do? thanks

ya I could go talk to my doctor, but isn't he just gonna say surgery, seeing that's the only way it can be removed? I guess I was just hoping there was a way to take test e where there would be no way of it progressing further, but anyways, thanks for the help
AnonDon't be shy, Doctors are just people too, they put their pants on the same way we do. Handle your biz and don't be fearful of talking steroids in theory with your Doctor to break the ice.
My suggestion is to not run anything at all when you already have gyno, but instead to go to the doctor.
