1st Serious Cycle (Wanna get it right, including PCT)

After recieving feedback from several members from another post, I have decided to scale back this next cycle to Test Cyp 500mg per week for 12 weeks. I will pin 250mg on Sunday and 250mg on Wed. Followed by a 2 week break before commencing PCT consisting of both Nolvadex 20mg ED for 30days and Clomid 100mg ED for 30days. My question is: Should I use some Arimidex during or post the cycle? Should I consider HCG in my PCT?

If your bf is in check and your of the 'right' age, I think your cycle looks pretty good. You don't need to run adex unless you experience sides and you need to read up on pct but you are pretty much there. Well done, you have obviously done some reading.
The outcome of your cycle will be down to how you eat, train and sleep. You got the steroid bit right.
Read up on pct and adex etc.

tread-mWith a simple test run , if body fat is in check for the most part entering this cycle and leaving it even better, the clomid is a little high for the whole run. Sarge is right , get the bf in control first to make sure you have success. I suspect if you can see your abs that your bf is not as high as you think but then I look at height vs weight and think maybe it is...unless you have some pretty good muscle going already. Just eat clean on cycle looking to go heavy on the meat side of things. The volume in meat and and total carbs will determine the goal. You have no goals here so how are we to help you? There can be several different goals with that same cycle and diet will control any of them but always post your goals brother....its like saying "build me a car" and I don't have a cluse what kind of cars you like? A proper post for personal use is age, stats with bf, diet or diet questions and GOALS with cycle history.

sgtstedankoA different post on eroids? Or different board!? Next cycle. I would say Adex only if you need to; and no to Hcg 1st...Just looked @ your stats, & @ 180 pounds? And if you're closer to 18% BF, I would say get it in check in the kitchen for a while before you start the cycle. Meaning eat like a fucking rabbit {lots of water heavy fruits/veggies}, ice cubes, almonds, bananas, & oranges for snacks! Lots of cardio!!!

Look, Im looking to learn as much as I can and when I put an idea up to get some help, it seems people cant wait to slam you even if it is from naiviety. The 18% is a mega geuss I am by no means overweight, if I look in the mirror I see all abs with slight obliques when flexed. I trained natty for 15 years and have done 2 half assed uneducated cutting cycles with no PCT in the last 2 years with very little improvement. Hopefully I learnt from that, which is what has bought me to e roids.

Why do people even mention using adex from the start of a cycle? Where did the bro science come that you need to combat estrogen when it's not even a problem yet?

tread-mIt depends on age Rob. A lot of these guys, particularly a little older come in here with an 80 estradial. That means their shbg is also up and shbg's primary job is to bind test. That test is now unavailable pretty much forever through a cycle. There is bro science brother and then actual science. Actual science is an 80 estradial that screams, "get on adex at the start of a cycle". Clear out the estrogen killing the overge in shbg and the cycle will be 3 times as successful and free test plasma levels will e double what they are if those are high. Now if your estradial is 30, then you're correct, no reason for the adex. I know what you are thinking at least, if you cycle bf should be low, but lets face it....most start when they want to no matter what we tell them! Lol
How do you expect us to know what YOU need if you don't even post any stats? Seriously, what is going on in your head?
Give me a break mate Im no veteren, Im just posting to hopefully get some assistance in the right direction, thanks for the tip(guidance).
My advice to you is to post stats when you ask questions regarding cycles. People will be annoyed really quickly when you expect them to click on your profile in order to find the information themselves.
My additional advice would be to lose more fat first. Chances are when people are unsure and give a range from 15 - 18, they usually have more. The difference between 17% and 20% is hard to recognize without calipers.
Since you're aussie well cut you some slack. But answer the question! Stats?
