What is for lunch boys and girls?

ad

Lunch #2 today:

6oz ground turkey meat
2c white rice
10 baby carrots
1/2 large yam

With my metabolism and 5 meals a day similar in proteins to simple and long carbs ratios I'll drop 2 but hopefully 3% BF by Feb 1 and lose no muscle.

What is/was for lunch at your house/work today?

3-4 oz. baked chicken breast with spinach leaves and/or romanian lettuce, half tomato, some cucumber and 1 tbl sp. vinaigrette dressing. i have this just about everyday, since it's easier to prepare ahead of time, if eating the same thing all the time. i do like some variety every once in awhile or even a cheat day once a week. it helps keeps me motoviated plus my body and mind thank me.

What is so wrong with brown rice? Throw a little "healthy" salsa in the rice, makes for tasty shit bro. Salsa has been my spice me up additive for eggs, cott chz, rice, etc. Almost anything really...try it

My lunch is chicken white pot with coco oil today, dinner last night was steak sweet pot green beans and crab legs.
