Fuck me! I am getting too heavy too quickly... The EQ is kicking hard so my appetite is through the roof. My diet is fairly clean (a lil cheat here and there... IT'S THE FUCKING HOLIDAYS FOR CHRIST'S SAKE, but not even close to reckless) I don't really want to dial down the cals (not yet at least) so I've upped the cardio, but i don't want to up it too much and burn away my gains...
So my brethren, this is where i turn to my peeps
Should I:
(a) continue to try and manipulate cardio/cals?
(b) Keep an eye on it in the hopes that my metabolism will figure out WTF we're doing?
(c) Fuck it! Plow through food like I'm a fucking powerlifter and deal with it in the spring cutter?
THIS is why I LOVE this board, so I don't have to mindfuck myself all by my lonesome ((LOL)))

mazarC hands down anyone saying anything else they simply havent tried eq. You will go heavy the first 7-8 weeks and once the compound kicks you will lean out! Dont even worry about how much you eat just eat everything on site. You will be suprised how much you lean out on the latter part of an eq cycle. You wont even have to deal with it in a spring cutter by week 12 you will be lean. Eat and then eat some more it is as simple as that. If you run winstrol along with eq you will go to 7-8% within a matter of a couple of weeks. Winny will increase your appetite even more.
tread-mGD I hate to repeat myself...HGH!!!! Lol. Alright aside of that and this may be more for an hgh user but let me throw this up as food for thought...cardio actually increases stomach ghrelin, makes you hungrier. So if you were to add enough hunger with your cardio to take in an additional 300 calories but you only burmed 150 with the cardio then you would have been better off without the cardio. Theres the trick , if you use the cardio for burning its got to be a shit ton of cardio. It sounds crazy, and yes he use hgh and that makes it different, but Cutler does 2 daily cardio sessions in the bulk and stops cardio altogether in the late cut frequently. The dual sessions drive his hunger through the roof, especially with hgh, and the no cardio in the shred helps kill hunger a bit. Anyway, something to think about even though you have to have cardio for bp and health in general, maybe either the minimum and back off the food a bit and suffer ,or, mega mega cardio burning more calories than you might intake as a result of the additional hunger..if anyone could figure that out! Food for thought...sorry, didn't mean to say food around you porky! Lol. You'll figure it out brother, you always do, you know what you need to bhe doing and you'll do it when you're ready...and when all the pie is gone!

"A" is the answer! Thats what we do brother, everyday is seeing how I respond to different food, training, dose's, you know what im saying! I know my body gains much faster on carbs, so id go high protein, turn all my carbs into complex, take less time between sets, explain to my girl how important it is for me to get laid daily. tweak it brother, if it wasnt a challenge everybody would be successful...
I know bro, my challenge for the moment is that I've been eating heavy from wk 1 BUT my shit is just starting to kick in now (wk 4)... So, do I wait and see if my metabolism adjusts to my food intake + compounds or do i start tweaking right now and risk potential gains

Holy shit I can relate. First cycle in about 19 years and I am up from 212 to 231 as of yesterday in just about 6 weeks of test E 500mg. Its insane. Fat is going down though and tightening up. The joints are feeling it though from rapid strength gain. I actually have adjusted to moderate weight and high reps. Biggest worry now is wardrobe because my shirts are all blowing out especially in the arms. Have gone from 17 1/2 while natural to 18 1/4 in 6 weeks. My boy is up from 225 to 250 running same shit as me. Only half way through.
Cut down calories, up your fiber/vegetable/fruit intake or I should say change some of your calories frm meat/chicken to the fruits and veggies, like manipulate your diet. My mom was a nutrionist so my whole life I kinda got an earfull of that, diet is everything but u know that
I'll tell you right now---a brisk walk on a treadmill for 20 minutes does wonders for me, and it's not enough to adversely affect my gains. I do just enough to keep me at a slight huff for 15-20 min.
I already do 1.2mi on a bicycle ea way to the gym PLUS 10-15 on the tread... dont want to push anymore than another 10 on the tread... I just like to get the heart rate up
how far into the cycle are you and will you be changing compounds at some point during?

It's winter bro pack that fucking meat in like your stealing tri tips from a store. But quality meat don't excuse yourself because of the holidays. Get some nice ab workouts to squash that beer belly look and keep packing!!!

Fuck it...eat everything....and then do it AGAIN in the spring. It's a lot harder to gain muscle than to lose fat. I always place muscle-gain at the top of the priority list.

I'm always a fan of bulking, and then cutting. However, do not plow through any food you can find. Keep your diet clean, and try not to go too overboard with the cals.
I would advise to go the "lean bulk" route.
I don't know what you are taking, but very rapid weight gain is largely due to water.
Wish it was water bro that would be easy... I'm doing test/eq 500/500 (+300 test p) with 12.5 EX EOD
The rest of me is coming along great, just looking a bit heavy in the middle (LOL)
