What has helped you, or your training the most? NOT GEAR! Unless you'll send free samples : )

I'm looking for things like SUPPS, or Beet root juice & Korean red panax ginseng 30 min before running 1st thing in the morning, before I eat {What I pers do}... Or things like When I stopped wearing tights to workout in the gym. When I attached bands anchored to the barbell on Heavy bench days Or this thingy I got called a slingshot. Etc, etc, etc. Yada, yada, yada...

For 10 months I never had a cheat meal, didn't drink any alcohol, and was in bed before 10pm every night. The transformation to my body was incredible. This was before I started using gear.
400 mg of Caffeine right before lifting really helps out me out A LOT when I am not on cycle.
AnonPre workout? - Noxipro... one of the more potent suppliments I have tried... tie this is with some Kettle Bell work along with my normal routine and growth is abundant...! Even more so when on a good cycle ;o) Protein drink? - ON Gold Whey... Again, I've tried hundreds over the 24 years I have been training but this stuff for me does the job... Accessories? - I tend to strap up my elbows and knees. I find not only does it give me the support I need but I can lift alot heavier with them... Good luck!
When I'm not on Tren, nothing beats the old Eph/caff/aspirin stack for me 30 mins prior to the workout.
I've been considering this for a while; where do you fit them in? How many "regular" lift days do you do currently?
I have been using them for a couple of years now. I typically use them as a conditioning finisher at the end of a workout. Generally I just do 5 solid minutes of snatches or clean and press with one kettlebell. I don't count reps, I just do the movement, and switch hands as needed until time runs out. I also use them a a "muscle building" exercise doing seated clean and presses with them. These really get your traps and shoulders pumped up. I have 6 regular lifting days, I just always add a conditioning finisher to the end, whether it is sled work, hill sprints, or kettlebell stuff.
Nasty81NateI like Hemo Rage Black and 1MR for my motivation at the gym!, just make sure you only do 1 scoop and take them in the AM or you'll have trouble sleeping.
