Workout question

Hey guys,
I'm at 5.4% BF which is fine by me since I'm leaning out due to a shoulder injury/training. Not much fat on me weighing 195.
Anyone have some good lower ab/core exercises they're fond of? I think if I bust some out, ill drop below 5%
any input is appreciated Fam

sgtstedankoAlong w/p90x ab workout. I Added in Medicine ball crunches. 10 pound Medicine ball leg raises. Explosive ball exchange. Kneeling side bridge. Side Bridge. Elevated side bridge. Swiss ball crunches. 4 sets of 20+ 3 times a week. Mixed grip pullups & Pushups to failure, in between sets. W/five, 10 second Swiss ball planks thrown in as well.
Cable crunches, hanging leg raises & decline crunches are pretty much my main ab exercises.
Anonmight be a nice change up since I can't lift!
