Upcoming Diet

Ok... was going to begin my cycle tomorrow but after some consideration I decided to push it back a wk and let my body get used to the "new regiment and eating schedule":

6am 8oz rolled oats/ 1/2banana/ 1tblspn honey/ 1oz walnuts cut with 27g WPI, 8oz fresh juice

730am PRWKO shake 24g + 18g WPI/ 1/2 banana/ 6oz blueberries/ PRWKO supp

10am POWKO shake 24g + 18g WPI/ 1/2 banana/ 6oz blueberries

12:30pm 2 tuna sandwiches (olive oil NO MAYO)w/avocado (on P28 bread), 3oz fruit OR 2 peanut butter/banana/honey sandwiches (on P28bread), 3oz fruit OR 6 hard boiled eggs, 8oz yolkless egg noodles, 3oz fruit

3:00pm 8oz chix, 4oz brown rice, 4oz steamed veggies OR 4egg omlette (2+2) w/ 2oz chix, 4oz apinach, 1oz cheese, 1 pc P28 toast (roasted garlic spread) 1/2 lrg sweet potato, 3oz fruit

6pm 1/2 roasted chix, 2 lrg sweet potato, 6oz steamed veggies OR 10oz whitefish, 6oz brown rice, 6oz steamed veggies OR WILL SUBSTITUTE 20oz lean steak twice a wk

9pm 1 lrg sweet potato OR 1 lrg pancake w/ Cassien shake

Diet during cycle can become a bit monotonous at times (if you take the diet aspect seriously) thats why I like to give myself choices. I also MAKE SURE that when I do my shopping I am very specific and stick to only what I WILL be eating and not confuse the issue by impulse buying (if its NOT there I WON'T eat it!)

*Intake may increase due to the use of EQ

holy cow how many calories do you take in a day no wonder im not growing you should get paid to east all i do is load up on chicken steak mac and cheese and protein shakes lol you must have a live in chef

Damn good diet. Mine is similar however my carb intake later in the day is o after 6.
