hello eroid brothers! this is my second run with clen,I run it 2weeks on 2off .I start at 40mcg ed for 2-3days and then slowly bumped it up until my max 100mcg.got all the usual sides hand shakes sweating more increace hr ,cramps today was my second time got cramps in the abs damn!!!! anyways iam on day six today at 80mcg and noticed the same as the first time I run it !! I got strength increase and its not in my mind or diet havent changed anything since I start run it?? not a slight increase I mean a strength increase equal with an oral aas per say!! any thoughts same experiences ? any idea what causes that icrease??

I agree cardio and diet will be king over any supplement. I've tried it and I enjoyed it, I miss the crazy shakes I would get on it. I tried pyramid cycle and when off cycle took Benadryl to help regain its effectiveness since you body becomes sensitized to the clen.

It is infamous for depleting your minerals & taurine. Taurine is a must with clen & I usually run about 3000mg spread out into 3 times a day. Also, it helps with dbol & anavar! I buy liquid minerals from Amazon & put them in my water once or twice a day to help as well.

Also, albuterol at 4mg a day is as effective as clen & less sides!

Cant take it I shake to much. I cannot do a proper injection if I can’t even right my name on a piece of paper without it looking like chicken scratch. Trying to inject while shaking is just not ideal.

One of the worst compounds for me , started out real low 20mcg / day , after 4th day I went into an irregular heart rhythm, thought I was gonna die. I stay away from Clen , just not a compound for me others have great success with it. Good luck

yeah if you got arrhythmia from 20mcg then definitely clen is not for you!!the good thing is that you started low ,I only imagine what could of happened if you started more aggressive !!

It makes my heart race, and anxiety. I run for two weeks on two weeks off, there are dosing protocols on here. It kills my appetite, I mean it will help you lose weight, but is the risk worth the reward? I prefer 2-3 cups of coffee or green tea to clen. I haven’t ran clen in some time, not saying I won’t again, but there are alternatives if you get sides. Good luck.

It has some anticatabolic properties. I used it in my contest prep and felt I held on to muscle and idk if this is possible but I almost feel I gained muscle while dieting. I don't attribute any strength or muscle gain to clen but I do believe it helped is preserving muscle and allowing me to get lean.

I have run it multiple times. The fact that you have decided to run clen before “to change anything in your mind or diet” is cause for concern. Clen is not a magic pill, you are an experienced member you already know all this.

The strength increase i think its just because it is a stimulant. I can drink a couple cans of Monster for the same effect.

You can take 3000mg fish oils and 3000mg Taurine a day for the muscle cramps, which will last several days after your last clen dosage due to is long half life.

And id suggest to just drop bro it its not worth it

yes your right I didnt mention when I start clen I start cardio aswell ...thats why I didn't say anything ...I didnt increase cals so??? and plz send me a dozen of that miracle monster cans!! anyways thanks for your input and your concern buddy I know what iam doing (I hope) lol ..

I'm guessing you don't get Monster where you live mate? Its basically just like a large can of Red bull but with a few extra bits in it. Its all the caffeine that plays the main part in the strength increase you get, mainly the maxes. Its been proven in countless studies how effective it is - Generally you get a 2% increase in 1RM on bench with 200mg caffeine taken pre w/o.

No worries bro you’ll probably be fine, just take fish oils and taurine for the cramps.

What i mentioned about the diet, its because clen only shines on a SERIOUS caloric deficit. Thats when you take full advantage of the appetite supression, faster metabolism and mild anticatabolic properties. Otherwise its a waste of time and money and not worth the heart risk Imo

The monster thing i dont know bro maybe its me but i see a huge difference when drinking it before gym

Stimulant so I would expect some strength increase just from that. Placebo and frame of mind could be playing a big part also. You could just be experiencing a natural plateau bust. Growth comes in spurts and not linear. You could just be experiencing that spurt which just happens to coincide with your clen usage. I wouldn't read to much into it or give clen credit for it.

It is thermogenic & can increase energy. It isn’t anabolic & a matter of fact it’s anti-catabolic. It can actually burn muscle as well as fat. It’s probably the thermo effect that you’re feeling.

Part of thermo effect does have to do with oxygen..... not just the oxygen you’re taken in, but the oxygen increase being carried by your blood cells as well.

damn didn't know that shit ! it gives a big boost jar ,I mean to get an idea I had chest today ,I usually do 4 main sets aiming for 6 reps with 160 ,today I managed 5 sets the first 4 , 9reps and the 5 with 8 reps so definitely not a placebo !!
