Recovering from severe injury and ready to grind

Hello all I’m 42 6’2” 300lbs. I just have recovered from a major injury. I almost lost my arm but I’m back to almost 100%.
I’m going Intermittent Fasting 18hr fast and it’s working. Need to lose more fat before I stick anything.
