Cheese Chicken Tenders
I don't track my macros so close so really all I know is the basic macros for chicken only. (I don't compete or anything like that so I try not to rack my brain over every little gram)

Ingredients:
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
French's Fired Onions
Whole Wheat Flour
3-4 whole eggs or egg white equivalent
Pre Heat Oven: 400°
Prep:
Line 1-2 cookie sheets with non stick foil (it will save you heartache)
Dredging station: plate of four only, bowl of whisked eggs, and plate of cheese and onions (I use 3:1 ratio)
Cut chicken into strips
Take raw chicken strips: Flour>Egg>Cheese Mixture
Make sure to really press the cheese mixture on the chicken
If any of the cheese mixture falls off or you don't feel like its coated enough you can just place some on the chicken once its on the cookie sheet
Cook for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
All done! Simple and easy to change up chicken a little.
