Sweet spot geno fat loss

Been using genotropin consistently at 5iu a day for about a month.
I compete men's physique and obviously don't want to gain too much muscle, but rather get the most out of the fat burning effects. The bloat is crazy if my sodium is high.
Some say 4iu, some say 5, some 2.
Thoughts? Or experienced users

For me the math worked out to one 36iu geno per week. 6iu/day, 6 days per week. I'm a bb though.
3-4iu/day of real geno should give you the benefits of the g without as much bloat.
