Supper easy 3 ingredient recipe (Found in Muscle & Fitness)
Macros Per Patty: 4g /4.5/ 25g (Sodium from Knorr (125.7 mg)
Ingredients:
125g Green Apple
1 Pound Ground Chicken
1 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning (I use Knorr)
1-2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Combine apple, chicken and seasoning in a bowl.
Form 4 patties
In a pan heat olive oil on medium heat
Let brown for 5-6 minutes (I cover them with a lid once a nice brown crust forms on the flipped side)
