+ 1 My weight gain protein shake
ad
12 oz fat free milk
3.5 scoops of real gains by universal
Table spoon of p28 peanut butter
Banana on the side
Add ground oats if I don't get my oatmeal in the morning.
Shake:
850 calories
73g protien
53g of carbs
2 times a day first thing in the morning 7am and after workout 6pm only two protein shakes in my day when bulking everything else is food.
1700 calories 146g protien 106g carbs
Works good for me just sharing to the world.

Zx636RRgood stuff! ive been tossing in some greek yougurt icecream into my shakes for a boost in calories! a little kiefer too lately and i feel great! Thx for sharing but you dont add a protein powder at all?
Ya real gains from universal it's a weight gainer protien powder I just up it up a little with the fat free milk and the peanut butter also I've been thinking of adding a scoop of cottage cheese to the blender
