So I am super new to these forums and gear in general.
I started using prohormones on deployment but feel I am wasting money, and possibly doing my body more harm than good in comparison to gear.

Im putting together a plan I intend to use when I leave the army (soon) and want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row. I intend to do a 16 week plan with the last 4 being PTC. In general I intend to follow the 500mg Testosterone Enanthate per week plan posted by TRTblastcruise for an individuals first cycle.

Stats;
age- 22
weight- 170
bf- 7%
height: 5'9
I'm a skinny by nature so I can generally eat all I want with very little repercussions, except I wont gain a pound.

Goal: I'm looking to get assistance in putting together a Well structured kindergarten level 16 week meal plan that I can build on. Big things for me are reasonable affordability, with a little variety. I can eat chicken 7 days a week there's discipline and then there's guy who eat water, and chicken, with like a cup of brown rice a day I respect that but I'll starve. but I would prefer not to go over 500$ a month which seems pretty easy.

I'm happy to read, but if some one has a basic excel I can use to template and then maybe a hand me down recipe book that has menu alternatives in it that is ideal.

I appreciate any help

Well first of all you shouldnt be using gear at 22 unless you want to take the risk of not being able to get your dick hard.Not father children etc etc...You admitted you can't gain weight naturally eating so what makes you think you can enhanced eating?If you dont eat you wont grow you can run 5 grams Of gear and you wont grow without your body in a calorie surplus a major one at that!!!.FOOD IS THE MOST ANABOLIC DRUG THERE IS.Brother you have a fast metabolism so you need to eat 6000 7000 calories in order to grow and My personal opinion you can always do it dirty.Look whole foods is awesome but you can always cheat with a double quarter pounder thats 1000k right there,Viking has a recipe for a shake that will make you grow either way.Long story short YOU NEED TO EAT ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE EAT FOOD HIGH IN PROTEIN HIGH IN CALORIES DOESNT ALL HAVE TO BE CHICKEN BREAST Goodluck one of these guys will lay you out =)

looking for more calorically dense options. I cheat meals often to add calories crush sweet potatoes etc most of the commonly recommended foods. I don't expect a miracle meal plan just looking for a more intelligent approach then just walking into a store to buy meat potatoes, and sandwich materials if there isn't such an option well that's life.

on the back end of a 3 year plan where I've added on 46 lbs. Im looking to finish up. hoping 1 cycle will get me where I want to be, and I have no intensions of doing anything extra ordinary. I can gain weight and just stuff my face and feel gorged all the time, but I'm noticing the repercussions as my abs are less visible and I would like to learn how to manage a good diet sooner than later.
