Hey, anyone can help? I'm a female 35, 122 pounds, 5'1. Since I'm very skinny felt sad when people bother, I started working out , lifting and cardio 3 times a week 3 years ago. My body is getting in shape but still very hard to gain muscle , just want to be little bigger maybe 10 more pounds, I'm not sure about how to start or wich product to pick since there is a lot. I need advice please :). Thank you

Thanks for your help, I train 6 days a week for an hour lifting plus 20 mins warm-up/cardio, been with a professional trainer for a year and a half. I just want I be 135 pounds. I want to try some roids. To see how they work on my body, I know every body is different

you want to put on that muscle.. the cardio is going to have to go or at the very least done in a separate session from weight lifting, preferably several hours BEFORE you lift. You will need to EAT a LOT and just when you feel like you are going to be sick from eating so much you will NEED to EAT MORE. Roids are no joke.. they don't MAKE you anything, your HARD work, training, diet, and rest are what will get you there. Roids are just a tool, one of many..

Go a little heavier on the weights without jeopardizing form. Diet is very key. I put on some quality wieght with the following. Chocolate milk with my oatmeal in the morning, cottage cheese on top of my favorite fruits also greek yogurt and trail mix for snacks, natural peanut butter with jelly on wheat bread between meals and I switched from brown rice to pasta with my baked chicken or fish for dinner

Well ..I eat clean and protein every time, I don't eat much carbs only rice , I love rice, veryday, :). I do eat wheat bread , fish, chicken tuna sometimes I have to go to gym late at night, I eat after cause I got hungry but I eat protein only if is late.

Eat more protein, lift and lay off the cardio. I lift 5-6 times a week, cardio is only about an hour a week unless I am trying to lose weight.

Thank you for the time you taking to write, I definitely will increase protein amount.

Im a firm believer in doing 20-30 minutes of cardio a day and if need be eat more to make up for it.The cardiovascular benefits and overall health benefits are not worth tossing aside to "get Big"Just eat MORE and MORE ;)

Thank you for you advice, I don't do cardio often, maybe twice a week but I lift 4 or 5 times a week for an hour , I eat clean and like 150g protein. I'm gaining muscle but taking so long,

Its simple you need to eat more, whats your diet calories and everything, your training etc...Gear is not the answer until you hvae maxed your training and diet out
