I started on HCG monotherapy at 1,500 iu's three times a week for a total of 4,500 iu's and it took my test from 312 to 700, but my e2 went from 25 to 125. After talking with the dr. I told him I wanted to be on trt so we switched.

I was on 120mg of test cyp., or 60mg twice per week. When he saw my e2 had gone so high on the HCG mono he prescribed me 1mg of adex twice per week on the test and I was not taking HCG at the time.

After my first 1mg tablet I felt like shit so I had a pretty good idea my e2 was crashing. I switched to .5mg the day after the first shot and .25mg the day after the 2nd shot a felt much better. When it as time to retest in 2 months I told my dr. What I did and he thought that was fine. My e2 came in at 25 so I think it was in range. I am now on 500 iu's of HCG twice a week with the test, so instead of taking .75mg of adex a week, I am now on 1mg a week, or .5mg's twice per week I should say. Will be interesting to see we're my e2 comes in when I retest with the add of the HCG.
