Bacteriostatic water verses Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride

I keep reading that you should use BAC water for HGH. but I found BAC sodium chloride. I was just wondering if one could be used in place of the other or just sick to BAC water. Thanks in advance for the help.

ive found, not that i used it, that my friends seem to get more welts if mixing hgh with BAC sodium chloride.
