Serious spasm

For the last two days after working my shoulders I have been experience violent spasm's in my right shoulder. So bad it last for 20-30sec. It happens every 15-20 mins. It is very visable to the point it looks like something is trying to pop out of my skin. Diet is on point, drinking a shit ton of water. What can I do to stop it. It's waking me up at night.

No cramps just my shoulder. It's weird cause this has never happen before. I live in the desert so def could be electrolyte's and I sweat like a 500lber. Good lookin out bro
carguy78something similar happened to me a few years ago. I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder that caused mine . rest it for a week and take some time off from the gym then mine got better. I also did yoga to stretch it out.
Damn a week? I will go stir crazy lol. Will rest it like you said. No pain involved in the spasm just irritating as hell. Did yours look like something was crawling in ur muscle? Wife freaked out when it was doing it lol

Damn just flexed the muscle and it spased again for a few secs then flexed again and it spased again wtf. Now I can make it spasm just by doing circles or lat raises. Something is wrong for sure
No but when I just did that to see it spased like crazy. I have ridiculously huge shoulders due to lifting heavy oxygen tanks for work. There is some popping though
carguy78Just watch it because your rotater cuff could be injured as well.. But popping is kinda normal for guys that lift a lot hell mine sound like I have gravel in them lol . But if you have no pain then chances are its just a pinched nerve. Warm moist heat to keep the muscle loose and STRETCH IT RIGHT AFTER A HOT SHOWER WHILE ITS WARM.. And I will send my bill for 5,000 dollars in the mail

carguy78Yeah my muscle would jump and kinda shake .. But I just kept stretching and resting it and mine got better. Stretching tho what helped me the most
