Over 45 PCT Dosages and Timing

Hi all,
I planned on Nolva and Clomid for PCT. But I am also seeing post for Arimidex or Aromisin while on cycle. I didnt plan for this... Should I reconsider my PCT plan? I planned on my PCT to begin 2 weeks after my Test E cycle ends and run for 4 weeks..
